Broad Town Church of England Primary School

Broad Town School works closely with the primary and secondary schools in the cluster. In April 2015, we joined with the Wotton Bassett Academy Hub to become part of the Challenge Partnership. This focuses on improving standards and the quality of teaching and learning across the schools in the hub with inter school support and challenge.  

We have a very good cluster sports calendar involving a range of inter school sporting competitions. In addition to this the children have opportunities to attend a variety of sports festivals during the year. At the end of the year, children from each school are selected to represent their school in the Cluster Athletics Competition which is usually held at Royal Wootton Bassett Academy.

Every other year, the schools work together on a cluster music festival which is held at the Oasis in Swindon.

This year, we was involved in the amazing Cluster Dance Festival at the RWB Academy. .

Other projects with cluster schools include Maths Games Competitions, Oasis Music Festival  and  a visit to Parliament.

The headteachers work collaboratively to focus on improving teaching and learning across the cluster. Every year we have a cluster TT day.
